Engineering Design
Our engineering design team is dedicated to solving customer problems, whether it is using one of our existing products, creating a turnkey custom-engineered solution, or augmenting your team with additional hard-to-find capabilities.
IWT engineers have the skills and experience to translate system level requirements into component level specifications. Regardless of the model of the engagement, we’ll apply the same attention to detail to ensure that technical, budgeting, and scheduling requirements are met.
Support & Field Services
Support for IWT networks is a key part in the success of our long-term relationship with customers. To that end, we offer weekly pick-up and delivery of repairs, order placement and delivery and local stocking of inventory to our customer sites provided by local IWT field services or through contracted third parties.
Customers also have the ability to contact an IWT Technical Support Representative 24/7. A technician can remotely access the customer’s system Dispatch or Maintenance Station using a secure internet portal for time sensitive troubleshooting.
System Consulting
We offer both remote and on-site system health assessments for customer networks.
The assessment reviews the system state-of-health, including hardware and software configuration and performance analysis and evaluations with an emphasis on corrective actions, if necessary, to ensure networks are running at their optimum capacity.
Analytics & Compliance Reporting
IWT Analytics is a suite of services providing maintenance analytics for network and battery state of health, production data analytics to enhance operations, and asset management information to its Customers.
IWT Analytics also includes compliance reporting. Mines can upload citations as they are received, and our software calculates the penalty, shows the impact of the citation (and future citations) on compliance costs, and allows mine operators to plan how best to contest a citation. This streamlines compliance management, resulting in a more efficient mining operation.
